Overview of typical screens and workflow

  • Catalogs are a set of basic information organized so that they can be easily entered and modified, and used where necessary through predefined selections, which guarantees error-free work without unnecessary repeated entries.
  • Creating a new case is one of the basic operations which begins with selecting items from catalogs (via drop-down lists) and entering the required data for each case individually. Case numbering is automatic based on the entered elements, ensuring uniqueness and high-quality classification according to registry office standards. During data entry many additional operations are available to complete the case, including reservation procedures, additions, etc.
  • Case search is one of the most important modules of the application, enabling search by a large number of criteria, allowing users to easily narrow results down to the exact cases they want to view, review, edit or print. The list of selected cases can be expanded with new searches, filtered by removing unnecessary items, and used for performing all required operations on the entire list or individual cases.
  • Document and case scanning is essential for registry document processing, which is why special attention has been given to this module. It supports all TWAIN and WIA compatible scanners, meaning virtually all modern scanning devices, including duplex scanning and batch scanning of multiple documents with automatic conversion into PDF documents that are stored in the database. Each scanned document includes preview and printing options. It is also possible to directly import existing PDF documents.
  • Reports are also an important segment of the application, providing insight into the work of clerks and other operators (for example inspectors), classified in several different ways and according to various reporting criteria (by clerk, operator, period, department, case type and many more).
  • Daily mail is a set of modules that allow sending physical mail to users through postal services or by direct delivery, with a dedicated tracking system. It is also possible to send documents via email together with scanned PDF attachments.
  • Services (menu 1) Services (menu 2) Services (menu 3) are a group of operations used for application maintenance such as creating backups, changing passwords of clerks and operators, batch database operations, catalog management, parameter settings, etc.
  • Language support allows the application to operate in the Serbian language both in Cyrillic and Latin scripts, meeting the standards of government and institutional operations in the Republic of Serbia and other countries in the same language region. The application can also be adapted to other languages.
  • Printing of documents is always performed with a "what you see is what you print" option as well as direct printing. All printers supported by the Windows operating system can be used.
  • Web application is specially developed for remote access to registry documents via LAN (local network) or WAN (internet). Field employees can at any time review their cases, download them locally, print them and examine documents. With appropriate access rights, it is possible to view documents of a specific officer, an entire department or the entire institution.
